The plot belongs to the municipality of Barcelona, and we lease it for 75 years paying a yearly fee.
The project was born in Can Batlló, a former factory that hosts several self-managed projects in the neighborhood of Sants, Barcelona.
With an open, participated design and with the minimum ecological impact. At the time of its construction it was the tallest wooden building in Spain.
